As i've been slowly progressing through the Demon's Souls world, I thought I had an understanding of the basic types of enemies I'd be facing. In the Bolterian Palace Demon's Souls seemed like your typical Medieval Style, knight in shining armor, fierce red dragons flying around, a few zombies, but all that seemed commonplace in a weird dimensional blend. Until I advanced to the Stonefang Tunnels, with 2-2 particularly in mind. No more than 100 yards of the Archstone you come across soul-less miners, mining..who knows? Proceed a bit further and you'll encounter a fat guy throwing fire at you, ten-foot snakes sprouting out of the dirt, and everyone's favorite Bearbugs! Which is basically a Junebug on steriods.

^Like these guys, minus the happy faces...and add the slime, massive, glowing, crawling, disgustingness.

Hopefully this game's enemies veers back on to something that doesn't gross me out as much as Giant Bearbugs do. :D
