im pretty sure not EVERY bluetooth headset will work with the xbox360's wireless feature, as we all know microsoft is very very money hungry, and this woul definately cause them to lose alot of money here are the links to the bluetooth headsets you can buy that WILL work with the xbox360. they are quite expensive but are very good quality and the sound is crisp and crystal clear and others hear you fine, you truly get what you pay for with this deal, this would be great for an addition to your christmas wishlist because its something you want but not necessarily need to buy for such a high price so probably wont doso, but dont cheat yourself buy this quality merchandise.

Lol you are idiot. Money hungry? Unlike Sony who doesnt like money and pratically gives away their products...cough cough...$600 for a paper weigh....both are large corporations....with the same goals.

XBOX 360 does notuse Bluetooth. Itsa proprietarywifi. Both of those headsets will work withany XBox360.

ok so mayb i was wrong about the bluetooth part, i apologise

but dont even start with your fanboy protection of microsoft and bashing other consols, i own a 360 (since launch) and wii(since launch) soi know how the 360 microsoft treats us. i love the 360 but microsoft is exactly what i said MONEY HUNGRY!! did i say anything about the ps3? no bc this wasnt about the ps3 it was microsoft products. so you fanboy are the idiot.

how is he an idiot, you were wrong he was right. You were trying to explain something you didn't know anything about. Every company out there is money hungry so I don't know why you mention microsoft is money hungry, when every other company out there is also. Also, microsoft does not lose money by not using bluetooth technlogy for their system. Why would you make someone buy a bluetooth headset when they can just get a wireless one like you were talking about. They aren't losing any money by not using bluetooth, the select few care about it, and those select few A. have a 360 and B. have a headset for the 360.

How many times must we say it. The 360 DOES NOT need a cooling unit. If people would stop leaving it on the carpet, shoving it in entertainment centers, and leaving it on for days we wouldnt have that rampant overheating issue. Just treat it as if it were a computer. Place it in a cool spot with lots of ventilation and for the love of god, dont leave it on when your not playing it. TC this isint directly towards you so dont take it personally.KittenNipples

I have it in a great area, but it heats the room up like a steam room and I want to stop that, stop making useless comments that doesn't help me whatsoever. I'm looking for help on finding this not criticism.

I play for hours on end, I play in a huge room but it still manages to get really hot just from the 360. My 360 suffers during the summer and this laptop cooler thing might just do the trick. UncleLev where did you get your cooler from, whats it called?

house fans are fine, but id like to make use of those bottom vents and blow air through there, the most heat comes from the gpu under neath the dvd drive so if i blow air through the bottom it will probably significantly reduce heat in the 360. Dust is unavoidable but its really not a problem unless you have construction going on or something. Every like 6 months to a year just get 1 of those keyboard cleaning cans and spray it in the vents of the 360, it blows out all the dust in the 360.

I use a laptop fan, but I really don't think it is necessary. I'm just a huge precautionist, and I figure every little bit helps.

Mine has 3 fans, and the surface is aluminum - I paid the equivalent of about 30 bucks for it (it has a usb hub as well).

I took a couple pics of mine in case you want to see:

As you can see, it fits pretty well. I think any laptop fan will be a pretty good fit for the 360.

Nice cooler, what is it called so I can look it up and try to get one?

I've heard in many places that a laptop cooler is more efficient than the nyko intercooler and the pelican fan stand. I was wondering if I were to get one which would be the best for 360 because they are all different sizes, so whats a good cooler for the 360?

Hard to choose because Gears came out in a time where there was absolutely no shooting competition for it and it just completely dominated where as halo 3 came out in a time where there was too much competition in the shooting genre so It's hard to choose, but I would choose Halo 3 because they both are kind of in a standstill between single player and graphics because both are very good, but I would choose halo 3 because I think it dominates gears in that area. Gears is 4v4 conter strike type play switching rounds 1 life, it gets repetitive. Halo 3 switches it up more you got more options, you can make your own maps/gametypes and then theres matchmaking and custom games. Halo 3 brings more to the table which is why I chose it.

For awhile I had one of the first batches of the xbox 360 premium. It lasted me from launch until about now. It started to freeze everytime I played a video game, and it rarely read discs. So I went out and got a brand new xbox 360 elite. Now old xbox 360s had the 203W power brick, but with the new 360s they are coming out with it is a 175W brick because of the new falcon chipset. I want to go get an intercooler to make sure my xbox 360 stays constantly. I've always had a fan on my xbox 360 blowing air in the side vent but the problem with fans is that they tend to blow dust into the xbox 360, which in the long run can make things gradually get worse as I found out with my old xbox 360. So I've been thinking of getting this intercooler EX(black) because instead of blowing air in, it blows the hot air out much stronger than the stock xbox 360 fans do. It sounds like they fixed the intercooler with all the melting issues, but my problem is with the power supply. It is 175W and not 203W, and since the intercooler zaps power from the 360 I am afraid to get it and screw my 360 over. I don't know if they've changed the intercooler to work off of 175W or if it doesn't matter about the power supply or sometihng. So I'm just wondering if I should get it or not? What precautions should I take or is there an alternative solution to cooling my xbox 360.

i went out and bought a new elite because my old premium was **** up. I'm prety sure it was an hitachi because it was really really loud. The DVD drive wasn't too great at reading discs but this new BenQ is much better. The only thing I don't like is the roar when it first turns on but its much quieter playing games and with the falcon chipset, it's extremely hard to hear anytihng.
