I don't know, I mean, you can play the demo for Duke Nukem forever and realize just how awful it is. It features all the worst segments of that fully terrible game.
Duke is so bad it makes E.T look amazing.
Duke is so bad that Daikatana looks on the ball.
Duke has forever changed my opinion on video games due to it being just so bad.
Deus Ex is absolutely brilliant. Hong Kong is such a fun level, I really recommend Deus Ex to someone who hasn't played Deus Ex. It and Grim Fandango are probably as close to the "Citizen Kanes" of video games as we're going to get.
It's not there because that was the worst game to ever come out in the last 10 years. Heck, it's a great contender for "Worst Game Ever Made." It's such a bad game that any game I've ever called bad in my entire life is suddenly a great game in comparison to Duke Pukem.
I stopped playing Team Fortress 2 when they introduced that awfully stupid Hat Update which ruined great design, than unbalanced the game with new weapons.
