I had a similar problem and i fixed it by downloading both patches realeased from lucas arts here http://www.lucasarts.com/support/update/kotor2int.htmlhope it help any players in the futere :)

go out to the ps3 menu ( if u have the game for ps ) and change language to Deutch thenu should be able to give the bloodgrass with no prob it worked for me
