I think Ellone was a great NPC, I love all that mystery around her and her powers. I love Fujin, though, with her yelling single-word sentences. XD She rules.
I love magic and I always prefer the spell caster characters. I just never used status ailments that much though, just really to watch the effect once in a while; anyway they usually fail. Summoning is also magic, and I totally love it. I just didn't use normal spells in FF8 that much because they al sucked. D: But for example in FF9, my party was usually Vivi, Eiko, Quina and a tank. In FF10 it was Lulu, Yuna and Auron. Oh well.
I think most of all, summons are a very cool type of magic, with some apocalyptic moves that we just love to watch. Still, I think that summons, up till now, were just useful in FF8 and FF10. In FF8 because the rest of your battle skills were bad. In FF10 they were actually useful, for reasons people already mentioned in this topic. I'd like the future FFs to have a summon system similar to FF10, because you actually get to control them, making the battles more interesting, and making a good use of them. In FF12 I'd wished they were going to create a wonderful summon system, but it seems I was wrong. It's probably just going to happen like in most FF games: you use your summons for a while after you get them, and then they just begin to be a waste of time.
Howdy people? Hope everyone's good, especially if they're intending to achieve world domination like me. :D My name is Diogo, I'm from Portugal. For those who don't like Geography, Portugal is next to Spain, which I expect all of you know where it is... o_o Anyways, I guess I don't need to tell about my taste for RPG and especially Final Fantasy, for which would be the reason I joined this union anyway? So what else? I'm 17 and I don't think there's really anything else to say, so... *gives cookies to everyone*
A prequel would be very neat indeed. I'd love to play with Braska or Jecht, and Auron again as well. It would be fun to find more about each of these character's stories, for instance Auron who was Temple Warrior and was supposed to marry the High Priest's daughter. We'd also be able to see the young version of the characters of FFX and how the towns were like when Braska was alive. It would also be cool to play 1000 years ago by the time Sin appears. We'd probably play with Lenne, Shuying and Yunalesca, which would be awesome.
