Nvidia just came out with the SLI with 3 GFX cards in it, that could probally handle it but the problem is you can only do that with the 8800GTX and ultra, still having the res that high isn't necissary, I run crysis with a 7950GT at medium graphics and at a res at 1280x1024 I think it was and it works fine for me, I can go 1680x1050 but it'sstupid having it that high unless you can handle it,uness your willing to spend lots of money on one game its not worth the cash to upgrade for it.

Intel core 2 duo 6300 @ 3.8GHZ

2 gigs ofram

Nvidia 7950GT 256MB

22 inch widesscreen monitor and a 19 monitor dual screen is always fun
:)

Gonna get a new mobo with sli and grab another 7950GT or may wait till nvidia 9000 series comes out and watch the price go down in the 8000 series chips and buy 2 8800GT's, also gonna get rid of the slow 2 gigs of ram that I have and get some faster ram with up to 4 gigs of it.

CS is a great game and it's modding ability is great but CoD4 is a new game and the mod tools for it haven't even come out yet so were just gonna have to wait and see what happens with that, CoD4 has alot more features that I like more than CS, you can level up so your not just playing your working towards a goal, and the fact that you can customize your own class with different perks is fun. I played CS and alot of people are people that have been playing for ages and they totally kick your but if your not good at the game. It's ultimately up to you on which one is better.

It would be a better GFX card but i would save your money until you see the specs for it released, you won't need to upgrade your GFX card for a while with the card you have, as long as your not a GFX junky and aim for the best GFX everytime, GFX are nice but it costs money and you might as well save it for when you really need an upgrade, the nvidia 9000 series is coming out soon and those cards are gonna be awsome but gonna cost alot of money and when they do come out all other GFX cards will go down in price, I have a nvidia 7950 GT 256memory, 2gb of ram, intel core 2 duo 6300, and I run crysis with a decent framerate at 40-55 frames, this game is gonna be good but not around crysis, you should be good man, just don't go with the highest res and you should be fine :)
