Ah......well. I stop discussions when logic is not involved. Goodnight.LJS9502_basicHow is me saying "God told me to" not logical compared to all the examples of the bible including the people writing it?
How do they control the laws exactly? Sajo7Christians are the majority and they refuse to let certain laws pass like gay marriage for instance because, the bible tells them it is wrong.
[QUOTE="MalignantManor"][QUOTE="Sajo7"]What does the internet have against God? LJS9502_basicWhy do most people that believe in God use it as a reason to hate and murder people? Why do you think it is any of your business to tell anyone what they can believe? God told me to. :P I'm tired of Christians always talking about what is right and wrong. They are the ones that control the laws. It has screwed up the US big time.

Personal realization of truths FTW. By the way...if you want people to actually answer one of the numerous religion threads about Christianity, at least have some structure, dude. :roll:BranKetraI care more about if they actually think about their religion rather than blindly following it.
As a Christian....I read the New Testament. If you wish to flame my religion peruse that Book. :wink:LJS9502_basicThe Old Testiment came before it and is usually included in the same book. If you believe the New Testiment you must believe the Old.

There are so many problems when they do what other people tell them to think is right.
I don't know how you can be proud to be a Christian if you read and believe the bible. The bible shows God as an evil vengeful person. Here is one story that never gets controversy about anything other than whether it happened or not. If someone was building a big ship and said that God told him to do it and the world would flood, would you buy your own ship today? You would think he was crazy. I will not even try to dispute whether it happened or not but, answer these next questions. Would it be right to slaughter most of the word for not believing a crazy story? How many innocent people and animals suffered if it is true? There are a lot more examples of God's cruelty in the bible. How can you support someone like that? It wasn't a matter of whether they believed in God but rather whether they believed a man was telling the truth. If God wanted to test people, why not visit everyone?
