This is basically a "the glass is half empty/half full" thing. Nintendo sold RARE, but Microsoft bought RARE, someone had to buy it from Nintendo. they didn't sell it to nobody. And, get YOUR facts stright. True Miyamoto didn't seem to like RARE, but the Stamper brothers sold their 51% ownership to Microsoft, leaving Nintendo to be forced to sell their 49%.
