The National Lacrosse League's playoffs are almost finished, the championship game is coming up very soon and the two teams are the Buffalo Bandits and the Portland Lumberjax, Buffalo is a lacrosse hot bed and Portland is in there third year from moving up from California. The NLL need this game to be a good one because the game will be aired on ESPN 2 on May 17th at 7:30 pm ET. If you ask anyone who follows the NLL they will tell you that the best marketing team will be the Colorado Mammoth, the Mammoth draw a better crowed the Colorado Avalanche (NHL) the Denver Nuggets (NBA) and other out of state teams even Major League Baseball teams, even though that may not sound that impressive think of this. The indoor lacrosse season is 16 games long, hockey and basketball plays 41 home games and baseball plays 81 home games, and a team that plays 8 home games draws a better crowd then that. The Mammoth put 18,000+ people in seats every night. If you live by any indoor lacrosse team go support your team and the NLL, lacrosse is the fastest game on two feet and the fastest growing sport world wide.
