@armydominican69 You should be able to right-click "My Computer" (WinXP) or "Computer" (Vista, 7) from the "Start" menu and select "Properties". From here you can see your CPU & RAM.
For your video card, you can find your model under "Display Adapters" in "Device Manager".
I like Win7 a lot better than Vista, needless to say, a ton more than XP. To those who said that 7 is cluttered in comparison to XP, wow, you really need to look a bit closer. 7 is MS's most clean and streamlined OS ever. 7's performance is a lot better than either Vista's or XP's in everyday tasks. The nice UI and network features are welcomed features. I've used every version of Windows since 3.1 and have been a mac user since Panther. I've also used Ubuntu since Gibbon and Win7 is only second to OS X in ease of use and performance. Furthermore, if you have a gaming rig, 7's "lenience" on system resources and better optimization for newer technologies (multicore CPUs, SSDs, faster RAM, etc.) will actually yield better performance than XP (which was coded way before hyperthreading and DDR memory). One more note, for those hoping that Win7 will miraculously fix those compatibility issues that keeps them from migrating to Vista, think twice, 7 is an optimized, recoding of the Vista kernel.
