This might be the first time I don't pick up anything. Have my hands full with BF3 and TOR already, and got so many other games I've barely touched that I have to resist, that rainy day I usually buy them for just never seems to come.
BF3 is 9/10 for me, would be a 10 but it still has some quirks and issues. Despite that it's one of my favourite games of all time, can't stop playing.
Dunno about MW3, great games but got tired of the formula around MW1 already, it just doesn't have the variety BF offers.
PS3 can already do it, just put the Avatar blu-ray in and start watching, I doubt the nextbox can pull it off any other way either. And individual NPCs would be great, but I'd say the chances of someone actually bothering to program them all separately is slim to none.
We've all propably agreed to dozens of TOUs without even glancing at them so don't see the big deal here, if it contains something that could actually hurt you it propably wouldn't hold up in court anyway.

Call of Pripyat actually evolved the series in a lot of ways. More freedom, more intricate side quests, a quite nice weapon upgrading system, more choices and ways to complete missions.Yeah but it still felt old and clumsy compared to other games. Not that I think the quality of their games was the reason they closed, obviously they sold well, it's just the reason I don't care.

Not sure what to make of those, they're all obviously down from launch but if 60k people online aren't enough to get a game on I'd say something's wrong with the matchmaking.
It's propably the smart choice, however if you frequent gaming forums and other sources it will be difficult to resist the hype, and I think it's part of the fun to be in it. Also if it's an online game like BF3 you're gonna have hard time coming in a year late, and some less popular online games may even die off.
New Vegas was close to perfect, however I don't necessarily want Obsidian making it, they're better at refining what exists rather than creating something new, and I want FO4 to be new, then have Obsy make a sequel of it.
