The MP40 and Type100 are very cheap weapons featuring insane power for the range they can manage. The Type100 is worse then the Mp40, but the Mp40 is more common and stronger. Sure they are up to choice, but they are weapons that showcase the fact Treyarch made a game without worrying about weapon balance.
You may try to argue, but why would EVERYONE use the same weapon? Why would EVERYONE agree that it rules? Because it can do everything. CQC, Medium range, Long rage, Countersniping, Camping. It is a wonderfully broken weapon, only it isn't because it was DESIGNED too be too damn powerful for its own good.
Some players who desired a more fair and balanced title feel a certain hatred for the Mp40. They have a right. Those who are just playing to play take advantage of it because it works. They have a right too.
It is like arguing with a brick wall my freind. Dropping the argument and not worrying about it makes the game more fun.
Thats fine....if players who desire a fair and balanced game dont want to use the MP40, then they dont have to, thats not what I have a problem with. What I have a problem with is when they put other people down for using it. If you don't want to use it, dont. Doesn't mean they can't Good point
