The fact that EA is still associated with it, turns me off.  The fact that they have nothing... not even a real teaser just 2 pictures turns me off.  I'm sorry but I loved Ultima but lost my trust in EA.

There won't ever be a SMB 4. (or rather there already has) The problem is Nintendo never made the change like squaresoft did when final fantasy jumped from 3 to 7 in the US, and everyone accepted that there where final fantasy games never previously released in the US. In Japan, SMB 2 played identical to SMB 1 (you might know it as the lost levels in the super nintendo remake of ALL Stars). So technicly SMB 3 is actually 4. But because of the Huge Success of SMB 3 and that everyone identifies it as 3. It will never be called 4, and it would be to confusing to create a 4 in US and then a 5 in Japan.. Which puts Super Mario World in a Loop altogether.
