Microsoft isn't a very well run company. Their negligence is going to completely trash their already collapsing reputation! I'm waiting until they finally admit their problems before I pay any extra money to replace my 360. If you are having the 3 Red Lights problem like I am, I would advise you to do the same, because most people seem to be having the same problem no matter how many times they get a replacement.
