I've been trying to raise my vertical jump lately, I'm now jumping about 60 cm (23 inches), however it's not enough yet. About my knee is OK by now I hope to keep it healed for the next 3 months.
Today morning I decided to wake up at 6 to go to the local court to practice some shots. Since I haven't play for 6 months. I realized that my mid-range and long-range shot suck. My lay-ups, hooks, lob shots and my short-range fadeaway was OK. But my shot from 15 feet to 30 feet was horrible. So I decided to shoot 500 mid-long-range shots to see what happen. Most of them were short, about 75 of them were air ball, I only scored about 100 of 500.
