Well if u ask this question you deserve to be punched in the Face by Todd Howard. But Fallout 3 is a Post Apocalyptic 1st Person/3rd Person Action RPG made By Bethesda softworks, the Creators of the Elder Scroll Series.

What Does it include?

Includes The Game FALLOUT 3. DLC: Operation: Anchorage, Point Lookout, The Pitt, Broken Steel(raises Level cap to 30) and the most recent Mothership: Zeta.
