Did Michael have the Accident at La Rascasse on purpose because he can't take losing anymore or was it a genuine driver mistake.

i want people to be honest.

It wasn't even a mistake he lost a bit o grip at the rear of the car (see TV bird view camera) and he try to correct it (see onboard camera, stering wheel). This is my view, those that can't see it never raced.
Thou the course marshals did a big mistake not showing the red flag as the regulations tells to do. Thou the marshals did use the last 5 minutes rule per each 15 minutes on qualifying to put marshals on the course with 'racing ' cars like the renault of Alonso.
article 125: "Should it become necessary to stop practice because the circuit is blocked by an accident or because weather or other conditions make it dangerous to continue, the clerk of the course will order red flags to be shown at all marshal posts and the abort lights to be shown at the line."
The race organization did a very poor job here.

Iam a F1 fan no fav driver to win races or champ. My fav driver was Gilles and now i only vote for Ferrari because of Gilles. If Ferrari wins the C.Champ iam happy and i will party here.

What FIA need is a Enzo Ferrari to shake FIA a little bit. Like Enzo did in 80's when he said to 'FIA' that he was going to quit F1 and moving to Indy. Ferrari got a full functional Indy car at the end 'FIA' almost knee under Ferrari. A last thing its not the driver nor the cars that handicap F1 its the rules. They go by the book for somethings but for others they don't.
One last thing, at the GP of Spain Montoya got out of the race and course marshals removed his car but no Safety-Car was out. A FIA rule got broken: Safety-Car rule. Does anyone comment this? FIA?
'FIA' why didn't you stop the qualifying as your own rules tells too?
Where is the old FIA? To me what F1 need is a new organization to rule it.

Read the Safety-Car rule here:

[QUOTE="Mekanaizer"]Since Dreamcast users are rare this days i will not ask about the F1 Racing Championship Dreamcast version. From what i can see over F1PU there are lots of PS2 users so i ask: About the F1 Racing Championship (PS2) did anyone played this game? And Grand Prix Challenge (PS2) did anyone played this game? Any comments about this two PS2 games?cm_gamer-2

I own both games and I didnt like em that much, but I am a Dreamcast user I own both F1 World Grand Prix games for it.

Iam not talking about F1 World Grand Prix and F1 World Grand Prix 2 for Dreamcast. Iam talking about F1 Racing Championship which is a complete differente game. If you live in the USA you may not know this game since it was only release over Europe.

 Hi.

The best F1 games for the Amiga are: Geoff Crammond's Grand Prix and the Virtual Grand Prix.

The best Dreamcast F1 games are: F1 Racing Championship and F1 World Grand Prix.

The best GameCube F1 game is: F1 Career Challenge.

The great games over PC are: Geoff Crammond's Grand Prix series and F1 Racing Championship. There is Virtual Grand Prix 2 too.

The two great F1 games for PS2 are: F1 Racing Championship and Grand Prix Challenge.

The best Xbox F1 game is: F1 Career Challenge.

For me the best of the best are: F1 Racing Championship (DreamCast), Grand Prix Challenge (PS2), F1 Racing Championship (PS2) and Geoff Crammond's Grand Prix 3/4 (PC). But for me the ultimate F1 sim is the F1 Racing Championship (DreamCast) this game is so real that you can have this race problems: water leak, electronic problems, gear box problems, oil problems, brake problems, etc... Tyre problems that can be from tyre puncture to full tyre explosion. At crash your car can smash to a point at engine and cockpit can go differente ways. Real-time rear mirrors, lots of graphic special effects, radio messages, real time weather, etc... There are more, its just a impresive piece of software.

Anyone has an opposite opinion or other fav game?

Oh yeah Monaco 04, i remember when fischella flipped his sauber behind the pits on the harbour.

that was messy!!!!!!!

aloushi87

What about the Schumachers at their best ? Ralf driving really slow when Alonso comes up to lap him and there by force Alonso on the dirty line and because of that he looses it and crashes. During the safety car Michael leads the race ahead of the lapped car of Montoya. In the tunnel Schumacher speeds up and the brakes stupendously hard and Montoya has nowhere to go and hits him. When all is going bad you dont want to be near a Schumacher.

Yeah I remember that particular moment! I will never forget it!

What Alonso did was of a rockie, no PRO driver goes at that speed to the marble zone and exiting the air-cone of a front car. Alonso did 2 errors and crash and he was the responsible. About Montoya a MSchumacher, did Montoya forgot his USA racing experience?

Now to the topic, my favorite races ever are: Dijon 1979 and Monaco 1982. I think everyone know why.
