It's now a couple weeks later, so here's an update on what I've been playing lately.

PS2-

Silent Hill Origins- Still running through the town of Silent Hill, this game is still creepy as hell.

Metal Gear Solid Essentials- Picked this up the day it came out (although 2 EB games stores told me they had never heard of it)it's a great deal, and a great way to get reaquainted with the series before MGS4 hits.

This package includes the original MGS1 for the PS1, MGS 2 with all the extras for the PS2, and MGS3 for the PS2, the best part is all the games play fine on the PS3.

Xbox 360-

Bioshock- For some reason i got distracted from finishing Bioshock. This game has a great atmosphere, and art design, and is a lot of fun to play.

I'm about half way through, and I'll continue to progress from here- saving the little sisters as I go.

PS3-

Call Of Duty 4- This is the game I've been playing to get my online fix. The multiplayer is fast and frantic, and never gets old.

Motorstorm- Also fast and frantic, I'm still tearing through the mud on this one- one of my fav. racing games to date.

Wii-

Finally got one!! It was hard to get, as all the stores in my area are still sold out. I managed to get one from someone who was selling a few from her house.

SSBB- This is the only game I picked up so far, as the accessories cost more than I anticipated. This game is really fast, and I still have no real idea what I'm doing, but it's still fun.

I'm determined to play it with the wii remote and nunchuk, as I didn't buy a Wii just so i could utilize the N64 controller.

Definately alot to do in this game, as there are a ton of unlockables.

Wii sports- Just started playing this and it is a lot of fun. I'm having trouble with baseball as I can't hit any homers, and bowling really works well.

I've decided to keep an update of what games I've been playing. So here goes...

PS3-

Motorstorm- I've gotten back into Motorstorm lately, and I'm enjoying it more than ever. Man, that game is intense.

I'd also forgotten how good the graphics are, top notch for a racing title.

Silent Hill Origins- I know it's a PS2 title, but I'm playing it on my PS3, so I'll include it here.

As a long running fan of the Silent Hill Series, this game does not dissapoint.

I've played through each game in the series (apart from 4- it was too different) and this edition is just as creepy as the rest.

I like the fact that as a prequel it's set back in the Silent Hill from the original game, it brings back fond memories.

The music and soundeffects when you enter bizzaro Silent Hill, are enough to put me on edge even while playing in the middle of the afternoon!

The graphics are good, and it gets upscaled to 720p, if you have an HDTV.

Xbox 360-

Nothing particular, just randomly playing some games I haven't finished yet like Turok, Mass Effect, and the Orange Box.

I plan on re-visiting Team Fortess, and Halo 3, as the have both recieved updates. (TF2 finally got a patch to fix multi-player issues)

Wii-

Still haven't got one, as I'm waiting for a price drop, or a bundle- neither of which will probably come soon.

So I'm sitting here knee deep in snow, waiting 'till next week when I finally have a week off work during Christmas.

Here in Ottawa we've had about 76inches of snow so far this winter. Can you believe that sh**? Makes driving to work seem like a do or die chore every day.

Anyways, with Christmas coming up I'm starting to get excited to be off and play some new games that I'll be getting. My stocking should be stuffed with the likes of Ratchet and Clank, Uncharted, and either Folklore or Ninja Gaiden (I'm not sure which)

Not one 360 game, weird huh?

I'll be working on expanding my PS3 library for now, and the only game for 360 I think I'll pick up in the near future will be Burnout paradise.

By the way, I've got Unreal 3 and that game is crazy online!!!
