The gameplay is the normal UT speed, it hasent been slowed down 20-30%, it has MUCH better visuals, BETTER online - by a freaking longshot - and yes I was playing it five minutes ago on PC - and ALL mods and community mutators, maps, conversions work. The PS3 on the other hand is full of loverly system spec restrictions - so say goodby to complex maps, characters with extra polys, and total conversions. Oh and 32 player multi support, and bot support on the PC version.

And yes ive played it on PS3 at a cousins - who rented it to see if it was better to get PC or PS3. Even he being a PS3 fanboy bought the PC version - to play on a 7900GS.

And yea anyone can hack for UT3 - thats why you go on servers with punbuster - not ****house private servers, with high pings...

The UT3 PS3s version was drastically reduced in GAMEPLAY speed, as it was impossible to play on a gamepad.

Thank god they did it - as I have Quake 3 on dreamcast (and PC), and it IS impossible to play with mouse and keyboard.

I wish the UT3 haters would stop telling CONSOLE owners to get UT2K4 instead. 2K4 is a PC only game. These people most likely DO NOT have a PC to play UT2K4 on. What sense does it make to keep trying to shove this down their throats? PS3 owners should buy UT3 because it is a great game. Keep in mind most of them have never played UT2K4. Even if they have, UT3 is still damn good. Just because they omitted your favorite gameplay mode or weapon, does not mean the game is no good. It is no good to YOU. I have played 2K4, and I still enjoy the hell out of UT3. I miss some of the omitted weapons, but i'm not going to cry about it. The game is fun, thats all that matters. I actually like it a bit more because it is a throw back to the first UT game. That is not really a bad thing. People who own a PS3, and do not have a gaming PC, DO NOT LISTEN TO THE HATERS. No and I mean fricken NO! UT3 doesn't look as good as Gears of War. Of course Mark Rein would say it looks better, He'll say anything to make a buck. Also remember last year in an interview he said the PS3 couldn't run Gears of War. Nothing Rein says should even be considered true. Throw a dollar at him and he'll tell you the Wii's more powerful than 360 and PS3.Patriot298
