In all Honesty because i don't follow Hollywood before The Last of Us, I didn't even know who Ellen Page was she should be glad she's getting this sort of exposure for her supposed likeness to the character of a critically acclaimed game.
why is it that people have to be cornered before they admit the truth (i guess it's because they feel that can get away with telling a lie ) it's ridiculous that we had to hear all that B.S about it being impossible to run offline. they're ways to make your fans accept the online model but forcing it on them is not one of them.
As much as i love MSG, I'd like Kojima to please just take a giant leap of faith and bring something new to the table. If it doesn't work out you can always go back. He's brilliant at what he does I would just like to see what else he can do.
I'll reserve my judgement until after i use it, Although i like the old UI I've had a few issues with it the blue transparent background and the white font, it never seemed to work on my less than ideally sized Rear-projection TV, but i guess that's more my problem than Sony's.
i just hope the search functions better this time around too, it's always been a hassle finding exactly what i want.
Sonys biggest misstep was not having there huge back-catalog help them out at launch, the few games that have been released for the vita so far has been pretty good (nothing earth shattering yet, but it's still early days) but they're literally hundreds of psp, psOne, minis, and psn games Online, the vita should have been able to play all of them right out of the gate.
The Vita is an Amazing piece of tech, pretty much the best portable game system on the market, i just feel it should be able to play all portable games, including ISO and android games. (maybe I'm just naive)
