There's the url to my YouTube page. My first combo vid, entitled "Underground Fighting Jam", is the highlighted vid up top of the profile. Anybody that still checks into my blog posts here, do me a favor and check into it, rate it, and comment it. I also have match vids against friends in Super Smash Bros Melee and Onimusha Blade Warriors, and some footage from DMC4. I'll have matches up from Mortal Kombat Trilogy and Guilty Gear XX Accent Core, among other games, before long, so check it out, and keep a keen eye on my profile for more.

Devil May Cry 4 - Bloody Palace lederboards: #1

Just like with Gaia, my Xbox Live Gamertag is I Kei I. I currently hold the #1 spot in the U.S Bloody Palace standings with over 5 million points. Hit me with a comment if you have questions. I plan on writing up a guide for it, since I've been getting a lot of traffic lately, thanks to this.

"Where have you been?"

Where I've been? As usual, dealing with personal problems. There are some people that won't give a damn, some that might, and some that will. Right now, I don't care either way. I've had family problems, multple deaths in my family, both near and elsewhere, and I've been taking care of my mother over the past week, since she just recently came out of the hospital, due to a severe blood clot she had in her leg that was slowing her blood flow to the point where she couldn't get around easily.

I've been emotionally distressed, however, because I've been here with her, hearing her cry and whatnot about how my brother isn't any sort of son to her because he hasn't been by, not once, to check on her to see how she was(In real life, for those few people that might immediately have GT_Drag popping to mind--he'd never be so cold, I'm sure.), or about how my sis-in-law initially agreed to go with her to the hospital, but changed her mind about going on a whim when my mom came to get her to go with her. Had my mother's boyfriend not gone with her, she would have been going alone. Why? Because she didn't tell the one person that's been with her all this time, through thick and thin, and is even with her now through all her suffering the date of her surgery, that being me, simply because she "didn't want me to worry". Of course, I worried more, since I found out at the last minute, and I was also hurt because she asked my sis-in-law and my brother, each of which have never been there for her through anything, to go instead of me.

Now, during her time away, I'm here, alone, with her cell phone, which was already about to run out of minutes, and I had no transportation to boot. On top of that, people kept calling to ask where she was, which ran out the minutes on the phone, so I had no communication either, not counting the computer, and we're the only ones in our immediate family with internet service. Great. No communication, either. I was home alone with absolutely no way whatsoever to find out what hospital my mom has gone to, or to get in touch with anyone that does.

Cut forward to now. From day one since she came home from the hospital, I have been the only one willing to take care of her, doing what I can to make her comfortable. She has trouble moving, yet she insists on doing things such as cleaning, driving, etc...things that she shouldn't be doing, plain and simple, but, like when I told her years ago, many times, that my brother doesn't care about her the same way that she does for him, she doesn't listen, so, of course, she spends most of her time crying or in pain, and that makes that much more time I spend trying to console her or make her feel more comfortable

The time that I DO get to spend online, I spend on Gaia Online. I have a guild there, which is pretty much like a union here, and I haven't been able to keep up with it, either, so I go there only to talk to people there that have been more than willing to be there and try to support me. You know who you are, and I thank youdearly for that support.

So, to those that have been asking about my whereabouts, I'm taking care of other responsibilities right now, and dealing with all sorts of emotional problems on the side, so I likely won't be back anytime soon. I won't apologize for my absence, because I've made it clear that I don't like GameSpot much as it is, and I've also explained just why I've been away, which some people still want to get upset at me about regardless of the fact that I've perfectly valid reasons for being away (again, you know who you are). If anyone wants to talk to me, which at this point, I'd doubt, you can reach me on Gaia Online, if you have an account. I go by the screenname I Kei I there.

As a friend of mine says, peace, til next.

If it ain't one thing...

...then I'll be damned if it's not another. My friends and I had planned on going to Evo this year. Too many troubles popping up, though, so that'll be a no go. Not like it would have mattered much anyway, because in the last month, my PS2 went on the fritz, which means going to a friend's house is the only way I have to practice in any of the fighters that I main except for Naruto: Gekitou Ninja Taisen 4, and Willvolution is the only site I know that holds tournies based around the Naruto GNT series.

Worse still, family relationships around here are non-existant. Sometimes, I feel like I'm the only one in my family with any semblance of sense, or actual compassion for anyone else. That's why before long, my buddy Kenrick and I plan on moving off into a place of our own, so long as we can manage it.

And even through all that that was shot, it gets worse still. Turns out that I can't even do so much as get myself a state ID made because of a problem with my birth certificate (it's complicated).
Finally, the worst thing that's happened thus far.

In the last month and a half, I've lost at least five friends and two family members. All dead. All of this, and a short time before my birthday to boot. Ah well...can't do anything but press forward as I've been doing, I guess.

So, I was playing KHII for a friend...

First of all, I just want to say that I think the whole 'nobodies don't have feelings' thing is a load of crap that someone made up to justify killing them. Axel, for instance is obviously in love with Roxas (friendship my left foot). So, I was playing KH2 for a friend the other day when I decided to show him some of the "lovely" songs from Atlantica. Now, I've never actually listened to the lyrics of these songs because I'm so focused on pressing the damn buttons at the right time. So, I'm playing "Swim This Way" for him and when I finish it, my friend is on the floor laughing. So, I play it again, making sure I listen to the song this time, and he points me out this gem of a lyric: Just a touch Cause it won't take too much To pop, Pop, POP! Good F'ing GOD. And Sora singing "Darling it's better down where it's wetter, take it from meeeeeeeeeeee" in Under the Sea isn't much better either. Atlantica is sick. XD

My Metroid Prine 2: Echoes story

My Metroid Prime 2: Echoes story This is a summary of what happened near the end of one of the multiplayer battles that my friends and I had recently. The level it took place on was Crossfire Chaos. Enjoy. Kei: Orange/Default Samus Kenrick: Silver Samus Chuck: Green Samus I walked cautiously around the compound, surveying my surroundings as I gathered the necessary essentials to survive as long as I could manage. I stopped, taking but a second to check my ammunition count amd overall health, then pressed onward, treading carefully as I approached the next corner. I knew that they were there, searching for either each other, or myself; whomever they saw first, they would attempt to execute, with extreme prejudice, which was to be expected, so my mindset was the same. Going into the next room, a set of Super Missiles came into view. I took off in a mad dash to obtain them before anyone else could do so, keeping an eye on the area around me to ensure that no one was trying to sneak attack me in Morph Ball mode. The coast was clear, so I grabbed the Super Missiles, and went on a search and destroy mission, to utilize the Super Missiles before their time expired. Heading toward the second building of the compound, gunfire, missiles, and beam ammunition could be seen and heard emanating from inside, and to an person on the outside looking in, judging from the heavy rain of bullets and beam shots flying from within, it would be hard to believe that only two combatants were causing so much mayhem. I, on the other hand, gathered that one of the other two was on the receiving end of something they didn't want to be on, and that they would soon be making a hasty retreat, so I halted all movement near the doorway, knowing that my Super Missiles would last only a mere few more seconds, but it would be just enough time to blast whomever was unlucky enough to come out of the doorway to bits as they exited. Sure enough, following a narrowly missed charged Dark Beam blast, my green-clad adversary came trotting out of the room, barely alive, but victorious between the two of them...not that it mattered, as the moment he saw me, his vision went black as he faced a volley of Super Missiles from me. I had the lead, but only by a single point. There was one kill remaining for me, and two for the silver-clad clone. I approached a nearby supply crate and blasted it open, revealing one of the most powerful weapons known to Metroid players: The Annihilator Beam. I picked it up, a sly smile crossing my face. I knew that this was my chance, so long as I could prevent the green one from falling at the hands of the silver one. I charged the beam, knowing full well that on one would dare step near me with such an intimidating weapon ready at my disposal. As luck would have it, the green one made his way towards me, but he wasn't firing for some odd reason. I let my charged attack fly, and it was a direct hit, but I knew something had to be amiss when I noted my attack bounce right off of him and into the ceiling with quite an audible *BANG*. "Damn!!", I exclaimed as I went into Morph Ball mode to try and make my escape, realizing that he'd picked up invicibility, but it was far too late as he locked on and fired, also revealing that he'd had Super Missiles himself, as well as Massive Damage, doubling his attack power, meaning anyone unfortunate enough to get in his way was dead, no questions asked. Sucked to be me at that moment, but I didn't worry, as the silver one still had two kills to obtain before victory could be his, while the green one had five. There was still time, and I rejoiced as I revived, and the first weapon I obtained was an Annihilator Beam. Again, I went on to search for the two of them, knowing that they'd more than likely ended up calling a temporary truce to ensure that if I did indeed win, I'd have a hard time doing so. I went into Morph Ball mode and ducked over into a corner after picking up invisibility, to buy time for the Super Missiles to respawn. This time, I would be prepared. The silence as I held my ground, waiting, was nerve-wracking, but not as much as the sounds of errant missiles and bombs exploding nearby seconds later. I was tempted to move on a couple of occasions, but just as I began to stir, the silver one would walk nearby, and I didn't want to blow my cover, since neither of them had thought of using their infared vision to see if they could spot me. No, they were too intent on one another instead, so I left them to their own. Their battle took them to the other side of the compound, a good distance away from my position, and I sighed in relief, as moments after they strayed, my cloaking device wore off. I came out of my Ball, and looked around, spotting what was left of the green Samus in the distance, meaning they would respawn soon, though the threat to me would be minimal, due to lack of ammunition...but it also meant that the silver one was one kill away from victory, just as I was. If I made a move, it had to be now, or else. I rushed off, Annihilator charged and ready, and newly obtained Super Missiles, as well as Power Bombs present in my arsenal. Neither of the others would dare to face me with so much at my disposal. After a few moments passed, I began to wonder why it was so hard to find the others. Suddenly, as I turned the corner, my vision began to go and all functions were coming to a halt, the last thing visible being a silver, electrified ball of destruction. The Death Ball, a mass of energy that could annihilate anything it touched within seconds. The victory screen appeared, showing the silver Samus as the victor. Damn you, Kenrick.
