My First Journal Entry.
by MikeL2u on Comments
Well I guess this is my first entry in this journal... But at the moment I can't think of much to write. Last week for the first time in probably about 4 years I finally played Half-Life again. I finally got Steam installed and got back to fragging in Team Fortress Classic and Counter-Strike. Man I forgot how fun that game was, especially those mods. I even started playing the PS2 version up again. That has to be my favorite PC FPS of all time... Unfortunatly I can't say favorite FPS of all time... it was my favorite until HALO for the XBOX came out. November 9th can't come too soon for me, man what an awesome game.
After watching the E3 teaser trailer for the upcoming Zelda game again I decided to go back and play some more of the Wind Waker. That is a very fun game. A lot of people may not like the cel-shaded graphics, but I do. But I also can't deny the beauty of returning to the roots of the N64 style with a much more darker tone and Link as an adult. I was able to attend this years E3 (this is my second year going, I also went last year) and I saw so many great games that are coming out soon.
Here's my top 10 most wanted titles at E3:
1. The Legend of Zelda - GameCube - Sometime in Mid 2005
2. HALO 2 - XBOX - November 9th 2004
3. Half-Life 2 - PC - Who Knows... lol?
4. Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater - PS2 - November 2004
5. The Lord of the Rings: The Third Age - XBOX - NA
6. The Lord of the Rings: Battle for Middle-Earth - PC - NA
7. Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2: Sith Lords - XBOX - NA
8. Resident Evil 4 - GameCube - NA
9. Dragonball Z: Budokai 3 - PS2 - NA
10. Mortal Kombat: Deception - XBOX - October 2004
