I've been using WeGame. It's free and turns out videos of pretty good quality. It doesn't slow down gameplay, even in games like WoW or Fallout 3 that end up getting very graphics heavy. Used it to record a 100v100 fight in WoW the other day and it worked fine.

But, if you'd like to pay money, enjoy :)

Metaphorgasm. For sure.

Youth-In-Asia is my personal favorite so far.

If you want some FPS love, try out Portal or any of the Half-life series. Both have good stories, though Portal is a shorter puzzle game that will get your mind bending itself around...itself.

Enjoy.

Make sure you have him use the Recruit-a-Friend option on the WoW homepage so that you guys earn 3x experience when you're grouped together. It makes leveling absurdly fast and fun.

Where's the orange box love? If you're looking for a gorgeous game with an incredible story, go for Half Life 2 and it's follow ups, Episode 1, Episode 2, and Lost Coast. Each one adds about 4-5 hours of play to the game and continues the story.

And, if you have time, Portal is great. Bends your head around like you wouldn't believe.

"The cake is a lie."
