Honestly, I didn't like diamond and pearl that much(I only got pearl, but since they're the same game, I'll just state both), so I didn't bother with platinum. I suppose the thing that bothered me the most about this game was that the pokemon that were badass before(i.e. pikachu, alakazam, houndoom, tyranitar,) all pretty much suck. :/ At least, they aren't as awesome as they were before. Though, I liked the small intro before the beginning of the actual story, when you go to the lake with your rival and meet the professor and all that. I cannot wait for the gold and silver remakes to come out! They were my favorite from the entire series. Oh pleasepleaseplease let it be as awesome as I'm imagining.
