People saying that Battlefield 3 will make Activision "cry" couldn't be more wrong. First of all, I am excited for Battlefield 3, in fact, I would pay extra to get it right now. But these are 2 different games... Call of Duty is a Run & Gun type of game, which serves the series well, it's fun to play when you don't want to get strategic, which is where Battlefield comes in. It will not appeal to the majority of CoD fans(I am not part of that majority), because of it's heavy focus on teamwork, and a completely different style of play. That being said, I bring this up again: Activision will not "cry". They'll laugh if anything, after earning even more money than they did last year, and outselling Battlefield 3 by a few million copies, if not more.
