nah the only genre i like better on consoles is fighting games, other then that i rather play them on PC, all i have to do is use a controller, and iam all set, but yeas some ports can be crappy,but most of them are on par with their console counter part

All likely AAAs all blow away anything else on any other system, I don't even like PC gaming that much but 08 has way to much gold not to invest. I don't even need to list the other 10 or so worth buying games.

cmon vampry story should be amazing, Monley island is one of my favorite franchises of all time, not to mention a few other games on that list, whats so good on consoles thats coming out on 2008?

well lets be honest, there are a few ports that pretty much suck, DMC3 port was terrible,FF7 was bad but playable, and i heard Re4port had some issues aswelll, dont know if they got patched.

but on this case, yes pc version will be superior

well yes now that i read it again more carefully i understood your point even tho i dont agree with some of them, yes microsoft is tryng to take over pc gaming, but its far from manage to doing so.

it is still cheaper to develop games for PC and microsoft dosent have to aproove the games that are released for this system, so you shoudnt fear that Microsoft is going to take over pc gaming because they just cant do that, and "Games for Windows" wont change much.

To be quite honest, I don't think any hermit is lamenting the fact that Halo Wars won't be on the PC when there are so many big name RTS that are both on and coming to the PC.
