LOTR Online Stress Test

This past weekend I participated in the Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar Stress Test that was set up by Turbine. I'd have to say............it was pretty darn good. I haven't played that many MMOs (ok, how's 0?), but in my general opinion as a gamer, I liked it. The graphics were par and I'm sure they would look better had I turned all the graphical settings up. The music was good, basically being the film soundtrack with a few more tracks. Quests are actually kind of fun to do, and they are rewarding. I probably got half of my overall experience (I was Lvl. 8 by the time it ended) from just completing quests. Race and Class selections are what you would expect. Races from which to choose are Elves, Dwarves, Men, & Hobbits. Classes include ones like Minstrel, Hunter, Lore-Master, and Champion. Titles can also be earned by completing accomplishments throughout your journeys. At the end of it, I was an Elf, Hunter with the title,"Rathalion, Guardian of Ered Luin".The Intro area (Thorin's Hall) and quests are pretty easy, and after that you start off just south of there and west of the Shire. Hobbiton is as far as I got, and like a person who appreciates the LOTR series (aka a geek), I ended my play at Bag End. Yeah. I'm pathetic. But I'd say, from the little time that I played it, it was definitely a solid game.
