[QUOTE="Rocky32189"][QUOTE="Wintry_Flutist"][QUOTE="Rocky32189"] [QUOTE="Wintry_Flutist"]Just as no one expected Nintendo to talk about Zelda Wii last year, we may hear good things. Heck, that conference hasn't even started and Miyamoto already spilled about Mario, Zelda, Pikmin and Kid Icarus!stkr
Mario and Zelda games are always in development. For all we know, they may not release until next generation. This isn't news. Miyamote never "spilled" about Kid Icarus. All he said was that "he is not the producer of any Kid Icarus titles". Pikmin was never officially confirmed either.
So the Pikmin team is working just for the sake of working?
Look, here's a little fact for you: the games shown at the press conference aren't the only ones coming out. After the latest Miyamoto interviews, most of people here realized that, calmed down, and accepted that those games aren't ready to be shown yet.
You can go and start a thread for you and the remaining blind people who can't realize Nintendo is working hard on hardcore games and have your hate fed up.
I know game like Zelda, Mario, and maybe even Kid Icarus and Pikmin are in development. But none of those games will be released in 2008 or even the first half of 2009. I live in the present, not years in advance.
I agree. His interviews revealed nothing, really. People are attaching more meaning to his words than they should. All that he has done is pacified everyone by just saying that 'we're hard at work', which was a given. Of course their teams are at work. That's why they're there in the first place.
I Agree with the quote Above. Shigsy didnt annouce or confirm anything. Though saying that I am not sure if it is the elaboration of N-Europe, but in their article, that stated that shigsy quoted 'the teams are hard at work with zelda, for this generation as are mario and pikmin.
I doubt ninty will annouce all these at once, from now till the end of the wii, what first party have they left out? F-Zero, DK & Star Fox, wnt happen
