About the same time I started trying EQII I have been playing EvE-Online a Sci-Fi space merchant simulation game from CCP which has become my favorite game with it's rock solid game kernel for lack of a better description and wild graphics it has become something that I will subscribe to for several years most likely.
There are several bugs in their system which will prob take at least a year or more to finally get rid of, but after several years of constant updates already and a recent hardware upgrade to their servers this will surely not be a long term issue for the period I plan to subscribe.
In-game the world is ever changing with the players generating the economy and putting into practice the chaos theory on a grand scale with a few mathematical known constants and 15000 variables it is a financial dream for CCP and spectical for university students (low fees).
Buddy programs allow new users to try the game for a month uninterrupted and get a head start in the ruthless mercenary for hire, economically driven "New Eden" world.
Anyway this is starting to sound like a review which is better suited to the actual games individually now with the GameSpot interface upgrade which I am beginning to like -most- of the features and certainly some more stability to other areas too.
Cheers,
Andrew
