I've had very little deep-fried food (fries, perogis, turkey, etc.), but what I've had is great. I'm looking at some deep-fried chocolate bars right now, and they look awesome; just batter filled with chocolate.

Chocolate-covered bacon? Ew. Pork and sweet do not go well together (not that I've ever had it; just doesn't sound very appetizing).
