Playing Battle field bad company and have major lag and issues

I have been play the motor storm demo all night. I love them hopefully i can pick them up soon. I just finished with a monster truck! Got first!

I have a 20 dollar playstation network card just for Battle field 1943. What should i spend the other 5 on? Im dying to play it
