Anyone play the demo.. i have.

Soon the official hype will be AAA, has this game rocks, even peoplw who weren't hyping it are hyping it after playing, and when i heard this could be sonys new flagship title i would not be suprised

I know i told some other people that i would post some ddemo impressions (yes it did release earlier than planned) so here gos

This game is absolutely amazing, from excellent gameplay to amazing animation this game is up ther ewith the best (Killzone 2, resistance 2, LBP, MGS4)

The climbing is brilliant and even games like PoP and mirrors edge are left behind in there main gameplay element. The shooting is fun, although the controls take some getting use to. The missions seem fun and many different variations, in the demo you go on a train and have to destroy roadblocks, and powering up the train.

There is also a bunch of different enemys, and the fact that killing pedestrians doesnt effect you're karma meter is awesome. This means you can walk around killing anyone with no worrys (im looking at you fable!!!) there was a couple few cons like no health bar, and hard to learn controls, but these are not even going to lower any scoe by .1

And the opening cut scene was awesome, and the comic book style of cut scenes are good.

I would not be suprised if this got AAA here. Have any questions? Ask away

The reason why platforming is so good is because how far he can jump you press x to jump and its jump jump and you up so high so fast, but its also challenging.

Where do you get the demo code from? I pre-ordered at EB Games (Gamestop's Canada Branch) and got nothing. I'm soo looking forward to inFamous, I'd love to play the demo!navstar29

Now that scores are begining to come out I see fakeboys hyping it to the moon, seeing it's the second sony exclusive this year that might get AAA. So be careful Honestly 8.0 no more no less maybe a 7.5

Of a twist to the FPS genre

A game with, really good shooting (gunplay feels like cod, great online) but with Mirrors edge platforming

It would not be the focus but haven't you ever wanted to jump over that wall to get over to caputre the flag, or reach that great sniper positions thaat you dream about reaching, will in this game you could, and the maps would be set up so it's actually hard to get to that snipe positions.

It would take lots of work, but it would defintely pay off, and like i said it would not be the focus in Single player or Multiplayer
