Your arguments are so flawed that you're self-owned.
1. No one ever stated the 4 disc xbox360 game was oblivion so that rumour hasn't been proved 'false' yet. Bethesda has been saying oblivion will be one disc game since E3.
2. Enchanted arms was never ever confirmed to be a one disc game. If it was, show me a link.

It all depends on how long you can wait. I never buy a console at launch because the hardware is always rushed and expensive. I'm just gonna wait another year (till 2007) and spend some quality time this year with Shadow of the colossus, Zelda, FFXII and rogue galaxy.

lol you guys are so funny. some companies have already annouced that first generation xbox 360 games will be on two discs and so forth and one has even said that they might have to use 4 dvd-9 discs to fit their whole game on it

You shouldn't call other people idiots. Especially not when they are right and you are wrong. Both Itagaki (Tecmo) and Enchanted arms developers have complained about the xbox360 storage medium. They said even using TWO discs looked grim.

PS3 next gen for me....and PS2 is holding me over nicely until then, with oodles of games this year since it wasnt prematurely aborted after 4 straight years of financial failure 8)

Do some research. All the xbox360 games minus three (CoD2, DOA4 and RR6) run at 30 fps. lol all three of those run at A STEADY 60 fps Nice work, Sherlock Holmes. That's practically what I was saying: Only three 360 games run at 60 fps.
