To OP... The argument that kids make stupid decisions because they are kids is ridiculous... If you go by that logic, then decisions made at 18, 21, all the way up to 24-26 shouldn't count... Because prior to being 24ish-26ish... The human brain is still developing... So in that sense, they don't have the full brain capacity of an adult yet... Which is a ridiculous argument... Because anyone older than 10 can comprehend rules, use reason, and common sense...

If you are told "bringing any substance to school will get you suspended" and you proceed to bring a substance to school... That has nothing to do with being a kid... And everything to do with being an idiot.

Why would it be more than a fine? Its just football, not like the guy died or somthing, sure hes a jerk, but he should have just been kicked out of that game, a fine is to much.

I dont care, only because its not me, my family, nor my friends. As long as none of them are hurt, or doing anything screwed up, Then the rest of the world can, kill and steal from whom ever they choose, it has rarley effected me.

Yeah that's true. I actually like disturbed. Their the kind of band that'll hopefully save the genre.

Plus the dude from disturbed sings in sylables it sounds pretty dumb to me.

About 40 years ago an English band called Black Sabbath created a new genre of music. This genre is called Heavy Metal. This genre was so new, so original that Black Sabbath built up a massive fan base. Most of which were teenagers at the time. Their parents listened to Jazz and Funk or whatever. It was too heavy for them. Heavy metal over it's 40 years of existence has branched out into many sub genres. Thrash Metal, Punk, Grunge, Progressive Metaland many more different sub genres.

But Metal is falling. After 40 years it has become nothing but distortion and screaming about death, sex and anti-religion. This is pathetic. And so metal is decaying and falling to pop music. Which is even more pathetic. And with the recent death of Ronnie James Dio, A heavy metal LEGEND it's not going to get any better. Unless the next generation of heavy metal musicians have something NEW! to offer the genre it's going to become a thing of the past.

The metal we hear today has no distinct qualities. It's just this band trying to be as good as all the other bands, and so they end up sounding almost the same. There's no creativity involved. This saddens me to see metal die. I want to be able to enjoy newer music. But I can't unless new bands actually offer something original.
