As i said before by the time you dont need to gain any exp by that point you have some kind of repel on your materia especially in final fantasy 10 (one of my favourites but 7 is my favourite) So when they introduced the option to avoid a monster i was extremely disapointed because it didnt add to the affect of "what am i gonna fight next" yeah eventually when you played the game enough you knew what was coming but for somone who just starts playing it well that just adds to the suspense when u dont know whats coming that was the hole point of the screen going weird

I felt hitman was too short but still an extremely good game.. Tomb raider seemed to excel expectations in my opinion, I liked the change they took with the tomb raider series and hope a few more come out like this very suspenseful

I actually prefer random battles and turn based combat on the whole still. The new system gives you the illusion of a choice of whether or not to fight, but you still need X level to win in most areas, so you have to go find enemies and grind. If that's going to be the case, if I'm going to HAVE to fight X number of bad guys per area, MAKE me fight them. Don't trick me into thinking it's an option.CastieI
this :) i couldnt have said it better

OK i completely agree with this first of all the frequency of attacking can get a little annoying but they did tone that down i found from no.7 through to 10 (didnt care much for 9 you went from cloud to squall 2 big bad sword wielding men to a hobbit sized wizard thing) but when you managed to get the materia i talked about you get no attacks at all and by that point you probably wouldnt need any attacks anyway because of how high you are in the first place i just thought it made things a little more casual and the final fantasy fiends used to always attack my healer because i have the worst luck in battles xD

Not a massive fan of change in the first place but since xp there hasn't really been a very good operating system in my opinion windows vista used up WAY too much memory for an operating system windows 7 << i have never had so many problems with an operating system since milenium edition.. and i am deadly serious windows 8 im not even gonna comment

I adore the final fantasy series with a passion apart from no.11 for an obvious reason (the online sucked) but i was a little disappointed in the fact u could choose wether you bumped into a fight or not in 12 onwards Now the thing i enjoyed about the original games was the fact you had no option to wether you was gonna bump into an enemy or not unless you had a certain materia (cant remember which one works the same way as max repel did in pokemon) I enjoyed the fact it was random and the reason is it kept me glued to the game to get to the next town or the next save point because you was low on potions or something silly like that but it still kept you into the game but because of all the people who are casual gamers now you get the option to avoid an enemy (which is completely retarded in my opinion because how you supposed to get through the game otherwise unless you kill everything and level up ? as you can probably tell i didnt give the final fantasy franchise as much attention since no.12 i gave both 12 and 13 a try but completely lost my mind with no.13 when they gave you the option to have auto attack << WHAT THE EFF SQUARE ENIX this made final fantasy 13 sooo easy you would hardly ever lose what is the point in a game you cant lose at ?

OK Now i enjoy Bethesda games and one of these games being Marrowind i spent literally hours and hours on this game and oblivion because lets face it.. It came out on xbox and was kind of fun Skyrim <<< LOL this game is one of the most over rated pieces of s#*t i have ever played no.1) It took them six years to create a new game and they couldn't improve on the graphics at all ? SERIOUSLY no.2) The bugs:- I got into the first town and fell into the ground within the first 2 minutes of the game.... (This happened THROUGHOUT) no.3) They removed customized spells!?!?!?! what the eff ? (Great big kick in the crotch for anyone who enjoyed playing as a mage) no.4) The relentless amounts of times i took out dragon after dragon and just got bored of the same repetitive notion over and over no.5) Where the hell was the challenge.. no.6) The story line was BORIINNNNGG (Side quests do not make up for a boring main story line - THE MAIN STORY LINE MAKES AN RPG GAME) now before anybody says "you obviously haven't played enough rpg's to know what is classed as a good rpg" you are completely wrong.. RPG's Are my favorite game type and always have been ever since i got to know of them when i was 5 years of age in 20 years a lot has changed in the rpg world we've seen from turn based all the way to MMO and still to this day i would rather play ANY other rpg than this piece of S#*t
