You may have to set up a static IP address. I had this problem with Pokemon on the 3DS.

metroidfood

This is the answer... there is a website I can't recall where it lists IP adresses to enter manually depending on your router.

I did it, and it worked everytime after that.

I am just curious, are there any video games out there where you can referee sports games? Like basketball, baseball, or football? I've been looking for them but I haven't had much luck. Thanksccm25

I am a sport official, and always thought that a game like you mentioned would be nice to train with...but they are none that I am aware of.

Let's make one! lol

I do have to agree somewhat that Reggie should be doing the US Directs, but Iwata is the president Nintendo so if he wants to do it, I don't think it's a bad thing.  It's always nice to know that the person who's ultimately in charge cares enough to talk directly to his fans.

I can see that point.. you don't see the other Presdients doing that... good point.

You are ranting about the accent of someone who's first language isn't English. Get over it.

NirdBerd

Exactly...so why is it such a horrible idea to maybe get someone more versed in the language to do the videos? I don't see how this is such a horrible question to ask.

Sad, that you don't even know who you are insulting. YoshiYogurt

I don't think it was an insult. Just an observation.

Gotta agree with the others, ten is too many to rank.

My top 5:

1.PSX - This console is the reason I still game today. I had over 30 games that I still play and love to this day

2.SNES - I was introduced to the likes of Super Mario World and Legend of Zelda, all of which I loved

3.Dreamcast - A system that was way ahead of it's time, but had some great RPGs and of corse, Seaman

4.Genesis - I loved mt Genesis because of the Sonic games. They were games I played constantly and loved

5.PS2 - I loved the Playstation 2, but it gets the last spot because I felt like there was a huge dropoff in the quality of games from the first PS to the second.

Ok, I can not be the only person here who thinks that maybe Nintendo needs to get someone a little better at speaking English to do the Nintendo Direct videos available on the E-Shop.

I just watched the latest one today, and I can barely keep my eyes open. He breaks too long between sentences and really has no kind of enthusiasm to him.

Thoughts??
