Well good news first. For GoUT (Gears of UT) our pawn coder (guy who codes the player) got most of the movement down and the fading C.O.G. skull done. Our team has been working on the storyline as well as some of the multiplayer maps. Currently im working on Rooftops. But the real good news is that as far as now we will be porting it over to Unreal Tournament 3!:D Now we will be able to have the same graphics, physics, coding and all around awsomeness as GoW (hoping that UT3 comes out in about 6 months). Were not sure as of yet if were also going to release a UT2004 version. Now for the bad news, I got an F in marketing even though I turned in all my assignments and got a C on the final :?. So my mom decided to freak out and make it so I cant watch TV or play games till my next report card (4 weeks) so im stuck with a couple options. Do homework, work to get a 360 (got oblivion and now I get the joy of staring at the case till I get a 360), Playing my bass guitar and my favorite of them all!

Hey, If you read about me then you would know Im a level desinger. I just got onto a team where were taking Gears Of War and putting it into UT2004. Thing is its not a total port. We will be taking the gameplay and setting/theme of the game and creating a new singleplayer campaign with new weapons, vehicles, characters, multiplayer maps (still going to have the regular GoW maps) and multiplayer modes. Il be posting updates and pictures of the progress for those who are interested. Here are some models and a little movie of the chainsaw animation (still alpha).

So pretty much christmas this year for me was awsome... except one thing. I aksed for Rainbowsix Vegas for PC thinking I had all the requirements. Turns out I pretty much have all of them exept for my graphics card, which would be able to run it exept for the fact that it dosent have 3x shader support... So now I have to go buy a new ATI card along with a new motherboard that suports it. I was going to wait for UT2007 to come around so the hardware prices would drop but apparently not. Now if anyone accualy reads this (with the fact that I olny have 1 friend on here right now) you might think or post...

Edit: I guess I just had a quick change in heart. Il be picking up a 360 soon.

It was still a good christmass otherwise... got a wireless router to hook up all my stuff and my wii up to the internet. Metal Slug anthology, Red Steel (its suprisingly not as bad as everyone says) Some giftcards and such. Anyways that pretty much im suffering right now having to stare at my RSV case and not be able to play it.
