Heh I remember one time I did the t the cart when I was like five, going down the isle I wanted to stop but I didn't want to get hurt. So I put my feel down to stop it, before the did anything I smashed into some old ladies cart tipping it and all of it's contents onto the floor.
I think its broken. Today, I came home to put in Borderlands. The disk didn't show up, so I put in GTA4. Once again, no blue disk on screen. Then Uncharted. Still nothing. Then I tried Knowing (you know Nicholas Cage movie) and... it worked. I'm confused as to how a movie works while the games do not get noted. My guess is its the laser that does the blu-ray, since the DVD was a standard. I don't see what is wrong with the machine! I love my PS3, I love it so very much, but I'd like not to pay $300 for one that's not backwards compatible (but I will, I swear to god!) Please, help me! I want to play Borderlands and Uncharted!

This happened to me just a couple days ago, games don't show but movies and music will, Here's what I did, backed up all saves onto a flash drive then after hours of researching all you have to do is restore system. And even if for whatever reason your too "scared" to do this, sony's gonna do it anyway. And this way you save time and 150$ :D
