Everyone else had two, but this Humanities class is combined English and Social Studdies so there was a test for both of them along with the combined one. All in four hours, four horrible hours. The first part we had to pick two things out of Asia, Africa, Latin America, or the Middle East to do twenty five facts in five different categories. The categories were like "Dance and Drama", "Religion and Customs" and such. I did probably less than half. The second part had two essays on a book we read during the year. I chose Habibi, but for the life of me I couldn't remember the author. Social Studies was easier, first was a 75 question multiple choice of naming the countries of the world. Next was the same thing, but physical features. After that were questions about everything else we learned during the year such as identifying which world a country is in (1st - 5th) and characteristics of culture and economies. The English test was pretty easy, but the teacher is an idiot and the test was a little screwed up. The questions were all about prefixes, tenses, Shakespeare, and the books we read throughout the year.
Worse than any of that were the marking period grades we found out we have. In Social Studies I have a 70.5 and in English I have a 65 flat. Both those grades are about 10 points less than what I recieved in those classes in previous marking periods.
To sum up the day, grrrrrr.
