I found a solution on another forum to the no launch problem which I figured I would share and I hope everyone else shares this on other forums, crack, download the skidrow crack install it and bam it works. Needless to say i was kind of pissed as i've been trying for 2 days contacting nvidia and rockstar both which say there still working on the problem yet a hacker fixes it. I realize this is probably not the best solution for some but if you legally bought the game like me your entitled to play it.
