It's not that the score bothered me but rather the reviewer (I think) was talking negatively about the game like two or three weeks ago (on the Hot Spot). It just seems they should have had someone review the game that wasn't biased against it from the get go.
I bought a PS3 a week ago. I bought it for its blu-ray player. I have owned a 360 for a little over two years. I had to send it in to microsoft because of the "red ring of death" and have not had problems since. That said... I prefer my 360 to my PS3. The 360 Marketplace is much faster than the Playstation Store, 360 games seem to have better HD video output (360 games have been outputting at 720p/1080i/1080p compared to PS3 games which, as far as I can tell (I've only checked the boxes of a couple games including UT3... a game I will buy for the 360), halff only run at 720p. Then there is the PS3 internet browser, which again was a reason I bought the my PS3. It causes the system to freeze every other minute. These are only a few reasons why I prefer my 360 to my PS3 and why I will buy most games (except when they are PS3 excluve games) for the 360.
So I got the red ring of death right in the middle of E3. Luckily nothing good seemed to come onto marketplace at the time. I called the tech center and have sent it in. This morning I went on-line to check the repair status and it said "Warranty Status: Out of Warranty; Repair Status: No pending repair". I called tech support to see about why that happened and they said something about updating my system drivers in my Xbox 360 and that it was still being fixed. They also said call back in a couple of days. If they don't fix that thing I'm going to report them to the Better Business Bureau.
