I know the very problem I'm experiencing has been reported to this forum before... but the thread was closed without any fix found!

I've tried three times to upgrade my account from Basic to Total Access and every time I've got the error : soapenv:Server.invalidSession: invalid session

I'm using Firefox on Windows 7 64 bits and I live in France (I don't think any of this is relevant, though).
