I know my pc meets the required specs, but for some reason the textures are messed up and not rendering properly. framerate isn't an issue, just the texture rendering. anyone else having a similar issue?

Ok, so I've had this issue even with SC2, but I can't for the life of me post on any of bnets forums.  First I only play d3, sc2, and d2.  I tried the starter edition of WOW, but never had a paid acct.  When I login to bnet it doesn't show that I'm logged in at the top of the screen (the words login are still there).  However, if I click account it will bring me to my acct page.  I've tried submitting a ticket but there is no generic way to submit one (their topics are not at all dealing with my issue)

Any help would be greatly appreciated, because I would like to post on those forum as well!
