WOOOOWWWW!!!!!

Hello out there in the Gamespot world. Can any 1 help me get on to Xbox live. I am here in Baltimore MD & I have Comcast Internet service. For some reason I have been getting a message saying connection failed ... insufficient MTU or something like that. Everybody who I talked to says one thing or another. Nothing seems to be working. Can you(anybody) help me! I am Dying to finally get on-line and kick some @$$!
