Have you ever watched a movie and at the end you wanted to know more about it? Perhaps what happened to certain characters, relationships, or the world. I just finished watching the movie, Knowing, and it's definitely a film that I tried to like. About 50 years ago a little girl wrote the dates of several deadly events that would occur in the future, and it was put into a time capsule at her school. Then 50 years later a boy and his father stumble across it only to try and stop the future from coming true.

It throws in some Mothman Prophecies, then it does a M. Night Shyamalan towards the end! And when you think the film is over; it just doesn't end there. It shows the sad, the bad, and the good in that order. I'm just talking about the end of the movie in general. Still, Knowing is just a cluster^^%# of events that does make the film entertaining at some moments. And like the idea behind it, everything is unpredictable. This film isn't something you might own, but it's worth a rental(or download). At the same time I just imagine seeing those who paid to view it in theaters walking out saying, what the hell?
