I was wondering are there any games like From dust out there other then Black and White 2? I really like the genre and want to play more games like it.

My Wi-Fi's international download speed is 8MB, although its download speed is awful too. In fact, I've had problems with my download speed during certain hours, which is quite weird, considering the fact that sometimes its download rate is 1MB/s; while during those "slow hours" it barely manages to download 1MB each minute. I don't know what the problem may be, but it certainly worries me, because the Battlefield 3 Beta is approaching, and I won't like dealing with my crappy download speed :lol:

I also found out that the problem is not caused by the PS3 because i tested the download speed at my friends house (who has an internet slower then mine) and downloaded at 1MB/s

When using my ISP i download about 1MB every 10-15 seconds

Let me be clear about one thing, NEVER BUY FROM GAMESTOP lol. They are a rip-off and are ruining what gaming really is. No lie on this, I went there to sell my PS3 controller, they offered me $10, and told me they would list it for $50, I could sell it on ebay for $30 easy. I went there to buy Battlefield BC2, They had it listed for 59.99 USED, I bought it from target "on sale" for $35 -- normal price at the time was $49.99, so still cheaper, I mean cmon brand new for $35 or used for 60 ?!?! Also the Gamestop i go to has aweome people employed..They are all hardcore gamers as well the store allways having awesome deals.

P.S. When i look at the download/upload results (when testing your internet connection) on the PS3 it says 5 MB/s for both the download/upload.

I also tried the steps mentioned in the other post about this problem.

So my PS3 downloads are really slow..On my PC i download around 2MB/s and Upload at about 1.16 MB/s



But when i use Wireless a connection on my PS3 i will download at around 85 KB/s..When i use a wired connection i see about a 15 KB/s improvement up to 100 KB/s...My signal strength while wireless is 100% and my PS3 is about 1' under my router (it is on a shelf with no top or sides)

My ISP is Clearwire Corporation and i use a Linksys WRT54GS Router..Can anyone help me?

maby i bought a used one cause that was all i could afford...i asked for help not a tip on how to spend my money

Thanks for your opinions all..I got the 40GB Fat model for $229..this time I will buy a warrenty if they let me trade it in (the last one I bought was Refurbished not used and they let me trade it in for the one I have currently).
