Dude it sucks. Same thing happenend to me.

Advice.

Get one of those computer air blow things.

I ended returning my to sony and it was out of warranty. Check and see if you are still under warranty. Lie and say you didnt drop it if they ask. Just say it started doing.

If not under warranty sony will over to replace it for 90 bucks but you have to pay shipping. My advice to you, is to trade it to gamestop or something then get the slim psp when that comes out.

Do you mean the warranty wthat you can pay when you buy it at the store? I bought mine at target but I didn't pay extra for warranty, and I bought it a couple weeks after it came out.

I dropped my PSP by accident and ever since,my D pad hasn't been working the same. I have to press the buttons really hard to move through a menu or else it won't scroll. It started with the down button andnow theleft and Up button don't work. So I don't know what to do, Should I fix it or should I sell it? If anyone knows how to fix that, please let me know cause I don't wanna take it apart and mess it up even more.

**THE ONLY UPDATE THREAD PS3**

Now to the lucky one with a PS3 you know there have been several updates. This list about updates will be updated when more updates are released.

Just to let you know, using PSN when you download one update and there is a firmware difference then it downloads all the firmware you are missing.

I copied some of this information from the PS3 Update page at Playstation.com for reasons of accuracy and time. I hope this version cleans any messiness an what felt more like an editorial at first then any factual report. I apologise for that. But anyway this was a pretty large update, while not taking the jest of 2.00s rumors it did fix quiet a lot of what we wanted.
