For me, it's a poor game. The first and foremost problem is that it doesn't know what it wants to be. Is it a gritty, terse thriller? Or a comic romp? It is similar to Watchmen in that it can't decide between being VERY PORTENTOUS AND SRS and light-hearted tomfoolery.

There's nothing going on that we haven't seen before - the storyline is slow as get out. I felt like I was wading through molasses just to get anywhere. it keeps the formulaic elements of a GTA game, but lacks any sense of doing it differently.
