Yesterday I called Microsoft about my two broken X360s The farthest I got with with CS was a reference number. Why just a reference number? X360 support said the Service Center wasn't open. I was told to call back today, which I did. At the time I didn't mind so much.So I called them around 3:30pm CST and I'm told I'll have to call back because their "system was updating."
