I just checked out there games of the year 4 Xbox 360, and not only did they not give Saints Row 2 an award, but they didn't even give it a freakin nomination. Come on now, how the heck did Grand Theft Auto IV get all those awards. I'm sayin this as a gamer and not as a Saints Row 2 fanboy because hey, I can understand anyone who says that Fallout 3 was the best game of the year. These sites need 2 give credit 4 fun factor, and not just 4 technology. They should of had a fun factor category. Check this out, Best Story: GTA IV Now this is where they went 2 far. I'm not sayin that GTA IV's story was whack, but severeral people have said that they enjoyed Saint's Row story more because there were more fun and feel good moments as opposed 2 da dark feel of GTA IV's. Plus Saints Row 2 was a true sequel, that showed how your character was trying 2 get revenge on the guys who crossed him and showed your enemies true plan as 2 why they betrayed the Saints. GTA's story had the dark feeling of The Godfather and Carlito's way while Saints Row 2 had the fun and crunk gutta feeling of Menace 2 Society, Boys in da Hood, and Belly. While all of those were good movies, I think most guys and females of this generation would like the movies that are similar 2 Saints Row 2. Best Voice Acting: GTA IV Again I'm not sayin that this is an area where GTA fell short, but I'm just sayin how Saints Row 2 had there voice actin so advanced that u can choose different voice styles 4 your character depending on style and gender. Best Action Game: GTA IV I also disagree with this. I also feel that Saints Row 2 shouldn't have won in this category either. But how da heck did this game beat Ninja Gaiden 2 in action. Everyone knows that Ninja Gaiden 2 had better action because it had better enemy AI,due 2 da fact that developer's didn't have 2 use 2 much memory on an open world. Plus, how can GTA compare 2 da epic boss battles of Ninja Gaiden. The action in GTA is fun, but the enemy AI can't compare 2 da unique AI of Ninja Gaiden. Also, I should mention that Saints Row 2 had better action than GTA because of the use of boats, airplanes, and helicopters. Saints Row 2 also had a mode similar 2 Resident Evil 4. This is why I mainly go 2 IGN 4 previews and videos rather than take their advice on game reviews. But hey, this is the same site that gave True Crime: Streets of LA a 9/10(I'll never ever 4get that bogus score), so that shows u the credibility of their reviews. I gotta go somewhere now and I haven't checked Gamespot's awards yet, but hopefully they' ll have better nominations and awards.video100

perhaps then choosing what games YOU want to play because of what features YOU have seen is a better way of grading games than going onto IGN. If i dont like a certain type of genre, i dont buy a game in that genre... simple
